We provide peace of mind, property watch services

when you are absent.

We will arrange scheduled inspections of your property looking for signs of

burglary, weather damage, vandals, animal intrusion, water damage, etc. If

requested, we will make special visits to your property following storms where

high winds, heavy rainfall or snowfalls are experienced. When requested we will

rebait traps to control rodent habitiation. Our property watch services are

available year-round or just while you are away. (See “Property Watch” ).

A detailed inspection report accompanied with digital pictures will be emailed to

you, following each inspection. Where that is not possible, they will be forwarded

by regular mail. If problems are found, you will be notified immediately by phone

and if desired, we will liaison with police, security or insurance companies, all for

a reasonable hourly rate. This will save you the inconvenience of perhaps

driving long distances in bad weather.

Does your insurance company require regular checks while you are away to guarantee full coverage?  Extensive damage can be

caused by electrical, plumbing, heating or mechanical problems. Our services are affordable assurance that problems will be caught

as early as possible to minimize the loss. Contracting our services may help to reduce your insurance premiums.
